the playoffs. Teams that didn't make it to the playoffs or teams
that lost in the early rounds of the playoffs help to start the rumors as
they refit, reorganize, recruit, and fire and hire coaches.
Teams in the playoffs
stay busy with their postseason games and don't have time to think about
starting any nba trade rumors.
The roster of the
current season for each of the teams will either stay the same, have few
new players, or radically change when a starting lineup is entirely
replaced.
 Rumors
will be confirmed or denied when the next season begins. By this
time, rosters are set and when you watch the first games, you'll
definitely know who is with what team.
