What will you find at the Tallgrass Prairie Preserve?
You can take a walk on the dirt/gravel road that winds through the tallgrass and enjoy the scenery, visit the 3-story barn that also has hands-on activities for children, shop at the gift shop at the mansion, ride the free bus tour for a morning or afternoon tour. Check official site http://www.nps.gov/tapr/index.htm or call (620-273-8494) to find bus tour times, as these times may change due to staff changes or other reasons.
