I knew this wasn’t going to last long so I had to go get my
camera and take pictures, but I wasn’t “conscious” of why I wanted
to take the pictures. I
thought the flowers were pretty and their pictures had to be taken.
I did feel a moment of joy each time I clicked the camera.
I didn’t fully pay attention to this joy then, but now I am
“conscious” that I was living “now” and there was joy to be lived
in “the now.” I am living
now as I work on this paragraph.
So wherever you are,

Or whatever you are doing, hopefully the “Power of Now” is
where your actions spring from.
